Waldorf Salad

2 cups apples, chopped
1-1/2 med. lemons, juiced
1/4 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup seedless grapes, halved
1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 pinch nutmeg, ground
Toss the apples, lemon juice, celery, walnuts, raisins, and grapes together in a large bowl.

In a separate bowl, fold the whipped cream and mayonnaise together. Add to salad and mix well.

Sprinkle with nutmeg and chill before serving.
