method |
Peel,
core, and roughly chop apples, reserving the peel. Add apples and peel to slow cooker and cook on low setting
for 10 – 12 hours.
Remove peel and discard. Process apples in
food mill or sieve.
Add spices and cook on low setting for 1-1/2
hours.
Will keep in refrigerator for one month, or
freeze.
