| Preheat
oven to 350°. Cook macaroni and set aside.
Combine first five ingredients and heat over
medium heat, stirring constantly, until a sauce forms. Add in shredded
cheese and stir until melted. Pour over cooked
macaroni and place in a casserole dish. Sprinkle with a bit of shredded
cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
