Sauté
garlic, salt, and oil for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and
simmer 20 minutes.
Keeps indefinitely in a glass jar without
refrigeration. May also be used as a marinade. Especially good for
venison, but also for ribs,
chicken, etc.
